Starting out as a drummer, he toured extensively with bands like Oehl, Hearts Hearts, Rahel, and Felix Kramer, sharing stages with artists like Herbert Grönemeyer as part of his Tumult tour support band. But soon, RUHMER stepped into the spotlight as a frontman, carving out a distinctive sound that fuses retro grooves, modern indie rock, and raw, soulful energy.
